Noé Allegrezza focuses his practice on criminal law and criminal procedure, while also working in related fields such as family protection, personality rights, and fundamental freedoms. He primarily represents defendants, but also acts for complainants and victims. Thanks to his command of several languages and professional use of modern communication tools, he advises both Swiss and international clients.

Experience —

For several years, Noé worked as a legal adviser in public international law within the Swiss Federal Department of Defence in Bern. In this capacity, he conducted several international negotiations (including abroad), participated in diplomatic processes, particularly in connection with the work of the United Nations Security Council, provided training to military officers on the law of armed conflict, and contributed to several legislative reform projects.

Complementary Experience —

Alongside his legal practice, he serves as an Investigating Military Judge (Captain), conducting criminal investigations concerning offences related to the armed forces. This prosecutorial role provides him with valuable insight into the functioning of criminal prosecution authorities and enriches his work as defence counsel.

Interests —

In his free time, he dedicates himself to his family (married, father of two sons), writing a doctoral thesis in international criminal law, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
